Fully Automated System Test [FAST]

What is FAST?

FAST is a product development Test Platform for automatically verifying Air Interface compliance for 2G and 3G base stations and mobiles/terminals. FAST can reduce your test times by up to 80% typically resulting in getting your product to market 25% faster. In addition FAST can be utilised to test new products thoroughly prior to NPI.

How does FAST work?

FAST is a software platform which controls standard test instruments from vendors such as Agilent and Rohde & Schwarz. Benetel provides a Test Set which includes the necessary filtering and RF paths to conduct the required the air interface tests. Once the test instruments, the Test Set and your product are connected, the user selects the tests to execute and when the automated sequence is completed, a fully formatted set of test results are presented.

The system can be supplied with standard test equipment supplied by Rohde & Schwarz or can be configured to run using your existing test equipment.
