Benetel Laboratory
Benetel’s laboratory has an extensive RF simulation, test and measurement capability. ADS and Eagleware are used for circuit and system simulation and ie3d for electromagnetic simulation. Our range of RF test equipment includes a Phase Noise Measurement System , Network Analysers, Spectrum Analysers, Microwave Sources and Noise Figure Measurement. In addition we have extensive Digital Modulation generation and analysis capability covering standards such as, Bluetooth, WCDMA, GSM, EDGE, 802.11, IS95, CDMA2000, Tetra etc.
Simulation
We make extensive use of simulation tools to shorten development intervals and ensure that we produce centred designs with good yields. Our laboratory is equipped with various tools including ADS™, Eagleware™, PSpice and IE3D™ that give us the following simulation capabilities:
