DESIGN VERIFICATION

Design Verification is accomplished using our FAST platform. The system automates validation of the air interface specification over voltage and temperature. Versions are available for WCDMA, HSPA(+) and CDMA2000.

A standard version of the setup is available which utilises Rhode & Schwarz equipment. However, the system may be customised to utilise other test equipment.

PILOT PRODUCTION, NPI

At Benetel we understand that it is not always possible to initially invest in a volume manufacturing system. Our NPI system is a scalable low cost entry to femtocell production test. The system has been designed to enable production teams to manufacture low volumes of product using manual test fixtures but with the possibility to upgrade both test software and test hardware to a volume manufacturing test system at a later date.

MASS PRODUCTION, BTS-114

Benetel's BTS-114 femtocell test solution is a flexible hardware and software platform, designed to maximise through-put with sufficient versatility to test UMTS, CDMA200, HSPA+ and, in future, LTE. Benetel was the first company to release femtocell mass production test systems with parallel test capability. The emphasis on through-put maximization reduces production test time by up to 50% enabling OEM’s to perform testing quickly and cost effectively. The test platform utilizes Benetel’s unique high isolation test fixturing which facilitates consistent over the air (OTA) testing in any production environment. The system can be configured for basic functional test, RF calibration, RF test, application code download and final functional test.
