Overview

Benetel has developed a range of LTE/WCDMA RF Cards optimized for LTE bandwidth up to 20MHz for 3G and LTE Small Cell base-stations.  The 13dBm output power RF Card is a dual-band product with a low-band circuit (600Mhz to 1GHz) and a high-band circuit (1.5 – 2.7GHz) in a 2x2 MIMO configuration. The RF Cards have been developed to interface with a leading semiconductor reference design board utilizing the JESD207 or LVDS RF interface.

The JESD207 interface is compatible with Freescale Semiconductor's small cell Reference Design Board (RDB) which utilises Freescale's leading base-band SoC, BSC913X. The combinatio  of Benetel's RF card and Freescale's RDB provide a home eNodeB development platform.  More information can be found on,
